Unprofessional and Rude Service

From day one, somebody at the Trust let me know just where I stood when filing a claim. They were not going to pay inspite of all the documentation. After appealing I was sent a rude email by Larry Ward, head of litigation, who informed me to foward any of this to my attorney (with a smiley attached); I "seriously needed to get a life": basically nobody was above him, and that I was not to contact their company again.
